Yo peeps! i am back for updates ;) yesterday nvr went for Ac training and went for my trainin instead.. so guilty la, skipped Ac training for 2 wks le =x then frens also ask me why nvr go, then say i always nvr attend trainin? lol, i got hor.. btw, shall tell u all smth we encounter durin our muay thai trainin on wed.. a guy frm our training sch wanted to haf a spar wif the instructors.. but we knew it's nt a wise decision la cos must learn at least 1 mth or wad to get ur basic solid first.. anyway, he went up the ring and the spar started.. initially coach let him punch first but out of the sudden, he continuously combo that guy till he nearly knock out.. less than 1 MIN! so fierce and fast la.. then we went and see that guy.. his gum and nose bleedin cos tio knee by coach.. so sway la him.. but tis is the outcome when u are nt rdy for it but wanna try.. then one guy told me say he deserved it? cos he nvr train hard enuff.. LOL

anyway, ytd trainin was alright.. then the funi part was coach instructed me to see Ameer do pumpin cos his pumpin quite fake la.. nvr down all de so tio kan by coach.. haha.. then ytd coach say my kicks improve le =] so happi la upon hearin that.. that means my effort and determination had paid off.. Aww, my trainin is comin to an end le cos i sign up for 1 mth de.. i feelin sad and happi at the same time.. contridictin eh? anyway, i gonna stop for a while cos nid to concentrate on my car practical, go for cca trainin, studies and etc (: will resume muay thai trainin when i am more free ba.. today gt i guides final briefin and preparation of logisitics but i nt gg to help out cos gg for trainin ma.. it's endin le cos i am gg to make full use of my last one wk+..

Btw, here's smth random.. TP has such a gd environment, gd food and pretty girls ard.. opps, jkjk.. lol.. ltr baby see tis part, strangle me hw? XD but the bad part is the studies.. smth everyone of us are so busy that, we kip runnin to and fro for lecs and tuts.. but TP is a gd sch afterall and i am glad i enter it.. haha.. Oo ya, gonna pack my bag and go out soon le.. then after trainin, will haf dinner wif my frens ba.. then come bak pack bag and sleep le cos tml nid to reach sch at 9am in the mornin.. den will be bak home on sun.. haha.. it's gonna be a hectic but fun week.. bye peeps =)
