Moshii moshii Peeps! back for more updates, haha (: shall start talkin abt tue stuffs first ba, hmm went to hit the sch gym in the morning wif wl & lucas..

all of us were late and wl was the first one to reach there, surprising uh.. follo by me, den lucas =.= we trained lower back, legs and lats for that day.. wl & me trained deadlifts, woots xiong sia.. wl comment me on my form and my back, will take note de, thx bro ;)

after that, he teached lucas do squats cos lower body must be strong enuff to support upper body ma, tt's veri impt.. i told lucas last time, he dun believe -.-" so he went to try out and after that say his legs veri numb cant walk, LOL.. too 'kua zhang' la, DOTS

after that, we were famished and went over to designer pad for lunch, western again as usual! haha, yum yum~ after that, bused home and wl came my house to rest for a while O.o

after that, had my dinner and we went out to meet pei wen and shirlyn for poolin session.. hmm, tue can say was the longest poolin day for me.. after that, it was past midnight le so there's no more bus ><

we cabbed to 85 market for supper lor and home sweet home, haha.. 85 market 'tang yuan' rocks man! everyone shld go try, yup..

later gg jon house for mahjong session! so long nvr meet up wif them le, haha.. excited eh, LOL =)

Fri meetin up wif superman peeps, so long nvr meet them also.. we haf lots of things to catch up on.. hehe ;) lookin forward to whole of this week! ^^

hmm, i gonna go get prepare le, i shall stop here den.. CIAOS readers!~ till nxt time den =D
